There comes a time in our journey when we realize “it’s time to get help and talk to someone”. We all have a story to tell. For some of us that story has a sense of overall sadness, confusion or anxiety. We have experienced great losses, bouts of anger or obsessions.
When we realize we need counseling, we make a courageous choice to change, to renew our story and to make ourselves open and willing to try new things, delve deep into our hurts and heal.
With compassion and openness, we can offer ourselves the opportunity to transform our lives and our hearts. This therapy practice will strive to walk alongside you, listen to that story and accompany you on your journey toward healthy healing and peace.
